2024 Domaine Eleni and Edouard Vocoret "Boucheran" Chablis

 Where Les Pargues is austere and architectural — pulled tight by white-grey marl — Boucheran is rounder, more expressive, and immediately compelling, with yellow marl soils giving the wine a rounder mouth feel. Organically farmed with biodynamic practices on 0.89 hectares of 35-year-old vines tucked between premier crus Vaillons and Montmains — same minimalist winemaking as all Vocoret wines: wild ferment in tank, twelve months in seasoned barrel, unfined, unfiltered.
