The 2024 Montepeloso "A Quo" is 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Sangiovese from 15 hectares of hand-worked hillside vineyards above the Gulf of Follonica — the entry point to Fabio Chiarelotto's tiny estate, where low yields, native yeast fermentation, and aging in large Slavonian oak produce wines of genuine character without cosmetic intervention.
