Preda is a single vineyard on the La Morra side of Barolo, and Philine Isabelle farms it organically and works traditionally in the cellar, with long aging in large old oak. The 2022 is a classic young Barolo: dark cherry, dried rose, tar and iron, with firm tannin that needs food or time. Decant it well ahead if you open it now. Braised beef or agnolotti in butter and sage is the right call.
