Hervé Villemade farms old Romorantin vines in Cheverny, working organically in the Loire Valley. Les Acacias is his Cour-Cheverny blanc, made from 100% Romorantin, a grape grown almost nowhere else on earth. The 2015 vintage brings extra concentration and length, with floral, mineral and saline notes that have only deepened with age. Pour it with oysters or a simple roast chicken and let it show off.
