NV Gaspard Brochet Assemblage Le Coq Tome II Extra Brut Champagne

Gaspard Brochet farms in the Montagne de Reims and makes Champagne with real character. This is a 100 percent Pinot Noir extra brut, the second edition of his Le Coq cuvee. The wines are vinified naturally and show depth well beyond their price. Open it with fried chicken or a cheese plate.
