"Colima" translates to "mineral expression of the soil" — which is the whole Ceritas philosophy in two words. Where the single-vineyard Peter Martin Ray is the most precise and site-specific statement, the Colima is the multi-vineyard argument: five sites, one voice, and a wine that captures what California Cabernet can be when the instinct is restraint rather than power.
