A perfect lunch in our opinion? A toasted slice of sourdough from our neighbors Aioli rubbed with garlic and then topped with tuna, chopped capers, basil, olive oil and salt.

Be fancy and pair with some Blanc de Blancs Champagne. 

Caught during the albacore tuna (Thunnus alalunga) fishing season between June and August for peak quality. Packed at a traditional Spanish cannery founded in 1869, which has refined its artisanal canning process over centuries.
