Vivid pale ruby, vibrantly fresh, and completely irresistible — wild raspberry, cherry, violet, rose petal, and a slightly spicy Alpine finish, with a lightness of body and a juiciness that makes you reach for it before you've thought about it. The 2025 Foradori "Lezèr" is biodynamically farmed 84% Teroldego blended with Schiava and Lagrein from alluvial gravel and sand in Campo Rotaliano at the foot of the Dolomites — short maceration, four months in a combination of cement, amphora, and wood, unfiltered, 12.5% ABV. "Lezèr" means light in Trentino dialect — and the wine was born from a hailstorm in 2017 that damaged Foradori's Rosso fruit, forcing Elisabetta and her son Emilio to find another way. Elisabetta took over the family estate at 20 years old when her father died unexpectedly — when neighbors were ripping out Teroldego to plant international varieties, she championed the local and the ancient. Serve it cold. It will disappear fast.
