Deep cranberry hued, bone dry, and undeniably Sancerre — chalky limestone minerality running clean underneath wild strawberry, raspberry, citrus zest, and rose petal, with crisp acidity, a light tannic shape, and a finish that is refreshing rather than showy. The 2025 B. Millet Sancerre Rosé is organically farmed 100% Pinot Noir from clay soils in Bué — the majority of the domaine's red vineyards sit on clay, which is well suited for Pinot Noir — hand-harvested, rigorous green harvest, aged entirely in stainless steel to keep everything alive and precise. Most people know Sancerre for Sauvignon Blanc. Betty and Franck Millet are a quiet argument for paying attention to the pink.
