An electric nose of citrus--tangerine, grapefruit, white flower. Truly an explosion of flavor on the palate that will shock the system. Sauvignon adjacent, organic, and cheap!
We paired this recently with a smokey, rich bowl of carbonara and almost died and went to heaven.
