The 2024 Domaine Cheveau "En Chantenay" is organically farmed Gamay from ancient granite and volcanic soils in Saint-Amour — hand-harvested, whole cluster, native yeast, minimal sulfur, aged in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and energy that granite always gives Gamay when the farming is right. The Cheveau family is rooted in the heart of Pouilly-Fuissé — this is what they do with five hectares of Gamay on the other side of the appellation boundary.
