Arnaud Baillot has a deft touch with Pinot. Restrained and delicate while being intense and layered. We and many others fall into the trap of saying "Burgundy is no longer affordable." Yet this wine is a great example that there still are quality Burgs to be found for every wallet. Pair this suave wine with a pure plate of fresh sashimi.
