Roughly 165 cases produced. Sustainably farmed. Most people hear Chassagne-Montrachet and think white wine — but the village made its name on reds long before Chardonnay took over. This is that forgotten Chassagne, from a Saint-Aubin family whose back door practically opens onto the appellation line. Pair with lamb kofta, mole negro, or a rich mushroom ramen.
