The 2022 Oddero Barolo is a Nebbiolo from a longstanding family estate in Piedmont. It is a structured Barolo with rose, tar, and red cherry, built to age but approachable with air. Only three bottles arrived in this parcel. Decant it and serve with braised beef, truffle pasta, or aged cheese.
