The Eyrie Vineyards Outcrop Pinot Noir from 2022 is a single-site bottling from the estate. It is a more concentrated, structured take on their estate Pinot, with darker fruit and firm tannin. Only two bottles arrived, so this is a true small lot. Decant it and serve with duck, lamb, or aged cheese.
