Broad-shouldered and textured for a village white — generous on the palate, with a limestone backbone, lively acidity, and a long chalky finish.
The 2022 Domaine Rollin Pernand-Vergelesses Blanc is sourced from three lieu-dits — En Caradeux, Belles Filles, and Sur Herbeaux — 40-year-old vines on clay-limestone, two-thirds aged in 400-liter barrels, one-third in small oak, twelve months on lees, unfiltered. Terra Vitis certified sustainable. Pernand sits in the shadow of Corton-Charlemagne — at this price, the proximity matters.
