The 2022 Domaine Rollin Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge is Terra Vitis certified sustainable Pinot Noir from 2 hectares of 30-to-45-year-old vines in Pernand-Vergelesses and Échevronne — destemmed, native yeast, two-thirds stainless and one-third used barrel, bottled on the fruit after ten months to preserve freshness.  Regional Burgundy that drinks above its address.
