The 2022 Ceritas "Peter Martin Ray" is organically farmed 100% Rixford clone Cabernet Sauvignon from vines planted in the 1920s at the top of Peter Martin Ray's estate in the Santa Cruz Mountains — the same site where Martin Ray himself made wine, where his son continued the farming, and where John Raytek and Phoebe Bass of Ceritas signed a long-term lease in 2016 to work the land as they see fit.
