The 2021 Padelletti Brunello di Montalcino is a Sangiovese from Montalcino in Tuscany. It is a full, structured Brunello with dark cherry and spice, made for the cellar or a long dinner. Only two bottles arrived in this parcel. Decant it and serve with roast lamb, wild boar ragu, or aged Pecorino.
