This is the most serious of Silvia Zucchi’s wines. It still has the beautiful fruit and color of her fun, frivolous styles but fermented much drier using a Champagne method, with a very long and contemplative finish. Traditional method here, it’s basically Champagne, just more fun and easier on the pocketbook! A French bubbly of this quality and style would be well above $70. Pull this out as an apero and charcuterie plate and watch your guests faces glow with joy and pleasure.
