This vermouth has a distinctly Catalan character, and embodies many of the savory flavors found in the famed olives of the region. Truly dry—with no added sugar—it is made with herbs sourced from the Pyrenees mountains and citrus of the Mediterranean. Another thing that makes Miro unique is the addition of wormwood. At the height of vermouth popularity this area, Reus, was home to 30 producers. Miro is now one of the few survivors.
We love having a vermouth in the smaller package to maintain freshness or to provide some “1PM and Tonic” equal parts tonic and vermouth with a twist of orange. This bottling would serve two drinks!
