NV Amaury Beaufort Le Jardinot Brut Nature

Amaury Beaufort grew up in Champagne among the vines and working in the cellar with his father. He farms one hectare of vines in the Aube in Champagne which he calls “Le Jardinot.” He farms only one hectare because he does the entirety of the labor all by himself. It is important to Amaury that he is fully in control of every part of the process from vineyard to bottle for he treats the vineyards as his own garden. The natural world is allowed to intermingle with the vines and the vineyards have been untouched by agricultural chemicals since 1969.
