2025 Tintero Sori Gramella Moscato D'Asti

White peach, apricot, mandarin, honeysuckle, spring wildflowers, and a whisper of ripe grape — slightly sweet on the palate but never cloying, with a razor-sharp acidity, fine tickling mousse, and a clean refreshing finish at just 5.5% ABV. The 2025 Tintero "Sorì Gramella" is sustainably farmed 100% Moscato Bianco from a single 25-hectare south-facing vineyard in Mango — the steepest vineyard in the appellation at over 20% gradient, farmed by hand and horse, rows so steep they cast no shadow on each other. Crucially: Tintero ferments each batch only when an order is received, which means every bottle in the shop arrived as close to freshly made as Moscato d'Asti gets. The only producer to bottle this limestone amphitheater commercially. Marco Tintero is the fourth generation on this land — and Kermit Lynch has been importing it since the beginning for obvious reasons. Serve it cold, the colder the better.
