2025 Roger Neveu Sancerre

The Neveu family has farmed vines around Verdigny since 1603, and Roger Neveu's Sancerre is the domaine's classic white. The 2025 is pure sauvignon blanc, all citrus, white flowers and that chalky snap you want from Sancerre. It was raised in stainless steel with no oak, so it stays bright and clean from start to finish. Put it with goat cheese, oysters or a simple grilled fish and it will not miss.
