2024 Vincent Dancer Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc

This comes from Dancer's high-altitude vineyards at the top of the Cotes, planted with high-quality Chardonnay selections. The wine is fermented naturally and raised in used barrels, showing the cut and minerality the Hautes-Cotes does best. It is a newer project for the domaine, paired with an agroforestry program in the vineyards. Try it with grilled fish or soft cheeses.
