Around 600 cases made, depending on the vintage. Lemon curd, white orchard fruit, hazelnut, and a deep stony mineral core — generous yet linear on the palate, with bright acidity, real weight, and a long focused finish that is classic Meursault done with complete restraint. Blended from three complementary village parcels — Les Narvaux on stony hard-rock subsoil, Les Clous on shallow marl, Le Limozin on moderately deep slope — 18 months in mostly used oak then tank, six-year barrel rotation, minimal bâtonnage. The wine that made Fichet's name and a benchmark for what the village can do. More than any peer in Meursault, Fichet tests the limits of transparency — forcing the roots deep into intensely stony soil to reveal the terroir's soul rather than add his own.
