2024 Domaine Arnaud Baillot Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc

This is going to sound super duper sales-y. This is hands down the greatest value white Burgundy on the planet. Arnaud Baillot's wines will surely go up in price and availability and I guarantee, will be more scarce once everyone catches on...but for now, here we are...$32 and f'ing beautiful.

2024 was marked with classic green apple, citrus, and lively acidity. A perfect energy on the palate very different than the 2022 and 2023 vintages that offered more lush, ripe and textural wines.  

Gentle aromatics of stone fruit, rocks, and spice. A nice marriage with a ham and cheese sandwich on a buttery baguette.
