Red and dark fruit, delicate spice, and a silky mineral finish — whole-cluster Pinot Noir with a light touch and real depth. 100% Pinot Noir from Corgoloin, fermented and aged in barrel with about 10% new oak. High percentage whole cluster — the signature Fornerol move, learned from his years alongside Jean-Pierre de Smet at l'Arlot. Farmed without chemicals. Estimated 300-500 cases produced. Didier's final vintage. This is the entry point to the range, and it already drinks like it belongs in a more expensive appellation. Corgoloin was excluded from Nuits-Saint-Georges by a bureaucratic accident in the 1930s — the vineyards sit on the same slope, the same soils. In the right hands, they always could have produced serious wine. Didier spent twenty-five years proving it. The vines are leased. When these are gone, they're gone.
