Sancerre, it's catnip. If anyone tells you they don't like it, do not believe them. The Reverdy Sancerre is an annual treat — we only get a handful of cases every year from importer Kermit Lynch. While we find many Sancerre's these days lacking in acidity and having more stuffing (climate change?), the Reverdy Sancerre's are still very much light on their feet. Crisp green apple acidity and all that hallmark minerality we love in a benchmark bottle.
