Sancerre, it's catnip. If anyone tells you they don't like it, do not believe them. The Reverdy Sancerre is an annual treat of which we only get a handful of cases from importer Kermit Lynch. While we find many Sancerre's these days lacking in acidity and having more stuffing ( climate change?), the Reverdy Sancerre's are still very much light on their feet. Crisp green apple acidity and all that hallmark minerality we love in a benchmark Sancerre.
