Cherry, raspberry, violet, spice, and a sleek mineral finish with fine-grained tannins and excellent length. 100% Pinot Noir sourced from five village lieux-dits: Les Athets, Les Frémiers, Les Chardannes, Les Condemennes, and Les Nazoires. Vinified at Dujac by Jeremy and Diana Seysses. Jacques founded Domaine Dujac in Morey-Saint-Denis in 1968 and was famous for 100% whole cluster and 100% new oak. Jeremy and Diana have adapted — stem use now ranges 20-100% depending on vintage and vineyard, oak use varies, and they've added concrete eggs for the whites. Estimated 1,000-2,000 cases produced.
