This is truly “Bourgogne” level Chardonnay from Oregon. Female co-owner and winemaker cut her teeth in France and it shows, her style is rooted in the old world. Minimal oak with transparency to the soil and terrior are defining characteristics. Saline-coated Meyer lemon curd, a touch of lemongrass, and a very long finish.
