Haut-La Péreyre is a David vs. Goliath story - a petits chateaux, a small family owned estate amongst the giants. This Rosé production for instance is only 1800 cases, compared to the first growths which each average around 15,000 with many over 20,000 cases!
Beyond the story we were attracted to the energy, acid and lift of this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé. So many Rosés today are sticky, flabby and murky, who wants that? Rosé at its best should revitalize with its crisp icy refreshment! Chill it down and find some satisfaction!!
