2022 Martin Vajcner Pinot Noir

This could be the most pure natural Pinot Noir that we have tasted in a very long time. As you know, we love our natural wines but there are times when the "classic" expression of a grape in natural wine making can be erased. Here, Martin manages to be both natural and expressing a classic version of Pinot Noir. This is a very light, prickly Pinot that weighs in under 10% ABV. So, if you like perfume, natural wines, Pinot Noir and high acid...this is a wine you must not miss. Chill it down quite a bit for a perfect glass of refreshing wine.
