The core of Rollin is found in the village of Pernand-Vergelesses in the Côte d’Or. This wine is primarily from this village with a little from Echevronne which gives the wine Bourgogne status.
This wine is all about pure spicy fruit, a snapshot into the quality of grapes in the vintage, pure, vibrant and fresh. There is a reason Pinot Noir is the red of choice for every meal - you could pair this wine with every recipe in Julia Child’s Mastering the Art of French Cooking.
