Red cherry, almond, smoke, and earthy spice — light-bodied, bright, rustic, and wildly alive. 100% País from vines up to 250 years old on volcanic trumao soil, hand-harvested, destemmed with a traditional bamboo zaranda, fermented in open-top vats of Raulí (native Chilean pink oak). No fining, no filtering, no sulfur. Organically dry-farmed. Manuel Moraga is the seventh-generation steward of this farm — his ancestor arrived from the Canary Islands in 1750 and earned the name "Cacique Maravilla" from the Mapuche people. Their vineyard was the 33rd ever registered in Chile (you'll find the number on every cork). Think of it as Chile's Beaujolais. Serve slightly chilled.
