Ana Maria Cumsille’s wines were love at first sip for us. The more we looked into them the more we loved them, woman owned, old vines, single varietals, small production - less than 1500 bottles produced of this Carignan! There is a thread through all of her wines that compelled us, not the typical Chilean green pepper thing, it was herbal, minty? We are open to suggestions.
The Carignan is filled with beautiful red fruits and so much freshness, we had it open for days and it was day two that really shined. A perfect pairing for grilled meats and veg.
