2022 AMI Nuages Bourgogne Rouge

AMI or friend in French is a collaboration between Paul Perarnau and Willy Roulendes. Paul is the farmer and Willy the winemaker. Both have history and experience with some who’s-who but we aren’t dropping all the names. We were however impressed by their voice, the wines feel traditional but have an indescribable wild edge, full of intrigue and nuance. 

Besides the wine just being so pretty fruited, we were captivated bY the labels, 1970’s programming ad?, technicolor personality test? Regardless, did we mention how pretty the wine is?  Pair with some roasted chicken, or some oniony things.
