A small estate in Bordeaux terms, clocking in at 20 hectares and run by Veronique who with her husband John Cochran bought the property in the 1980's. They were pioneers in modern biodynamic farming in the region which was been slower than most French regions to adopt green practices. These are Bordeaux that we reach most for in the shop. They are richly flavored, smoothly textured and offer top notch quality for the price.
