The 2021 Giulia Negri "La Tartufaia" is certified organic 100% Nebbiolo from two parcels on clay and marl at 460 meters in La Morra, adjacent to the truffle forests the name references — spontaneous fermentation, gentle maceration, 30 months in large botti.

Where the Serradenari is the highest and most aerially precise wine in the lineup, La Tartufaia sits slightly lower with richer soils, giving more textural resonance. 2021 was a stellar year for Barolo that preserved acidity and finessed tannins.
