A single lieu-dit on clay and limestone soils bordering Mercurey. Whole-cluster pressed and barrel-fermented with 10% new oak, aged eight months on fine lees — ripe apple, linden flower, butter, and spice with chiseled acidity and a richly textured, lingering finish. Côte Chalonnaise at its most convincing.
