Leaner and more mineral-driven than the Chassagne — where that wine is broad and generous, this is all tension and restraint. Five generations in Puligny since 1859, now run by Jean-Michel and Anne-Laure. The domaine holds three legendary clos — Clos de la Pucelle, Clos du Caillerets, and Clos des Chevaliers in Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru.
