Ercole is a project started by our pal Weston over at Piedmont Wine Guy imports. The idea is to offer everyday value Piedmont wines, such as this Cortese( the same one you find in Gavi) made by a co-op who sources all there grapes from vineyards farmed without petrochemicals. So, this is just good, simple, fresh white wine full of minerality at a damn good price.
