2023 Domaine du Gros Noré Bandol Blanc

A  minuscule parcel ( just over one acre) of Ugni Blanc and Clairette that yields an intensely mineral and flavorful white. Bandol Blanc makes up only 5 percent of the entire appellation, most of which consists of rose and red. This rare gem is a true treat and one to savor. Pair with provencal chicken.
