2022 Ceritas Zephyr Chardonnay Sonoma coast

Ceritas \ ‘sara-toss \ (Spanish) \ mineral expression of the soil. 

These are not the typical California, extracted and overblown wines, this is packed with minerality - low in alcohol (12%) and perfect with seafood. 

Zephyr is the last Chardonnay site that we harvest in the West Sonoma Coast, a full two weeks after Porter-Bass, Charles Heintz, and Carex. This is an exotic version of Chardonnay, unlike any other wine. Savory and salty with notes of green tea and star jasmine. - Ceritas
