There is noting Petit about this about this wine. The estate was founded in 1978 by the Lavantreaux brothers' parents who now have taken over the reigns. The farming is tip top, harvest is done manually, and the wine is treated to a quick fermentation in stainless steel vats with capture the essence of a great Chablis: piercing aromas of stone fruit, corn, and minerality.
