Cava made in the traditional way since 1924. Not to be hyperbolic in any way but this as every bit as good as Champagne. Aged 60 months on wood, hand picked, long aging on cork stopper and manual riddling, what this equates to in layman’s terms is an impressive level of detail and care in every bottle. A must try.
