2024 Domaine Roulot Meursault 1er Cru Clos des Boucheres

Clos des Boucheres is a small premier cru vineyard in Meursault that Domaine Roulot farms entirely on its own, a monopole, so every bottle of it comes from their vines. The 2024 is dense and layered, built on stone fruit, toasted nuts, and a firm mineral core rather than overt oak. Jean-Marc Roulot treats it as one of the domaine's flagship bottlings, and production is tiny even by Burgundy standards.
