2024 Domaine Migot Vin Gris

Camille Migot’s family has been working the vineyards for 13 generations. He forgoes “technologies” of the current, returning to simplicity in the vineyard and cellar.

A 50/50 blend of organic Pinot Noir and Gamay. Light, delicate, and quivering with acidity, freshness, and verve — the tingling northern wind. This wine clocks in as low as 11% alcohol.

Cotes de Toul, the north-easternmost region of France bordering Germany and Switzerland. Nearly unknown! The estate, only five hectares in size, is certified organic and the vineyard work is impressive.
