It is hard to say exactly what this wine is as it defies categorization. Is it a light red, a fuller rose, and orange wine? Let's just land on that it is a delicious hybrid. Intensely aromatic and floral. A slight little fizz on the palate and dangerously crushable. We paired this with pork tacos with lots of aromatic herbs and a touch of spice. Hedonistic!!
