Because of the relationships that Kermit Lynch has made over the years he began producing a few private label cuvées. This wine is made by Jean-François Pasturel at Terres d’Avignon, and it’s a classic Southern Rhône blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
A true “pantry staple red” we can’t live without, it goes with everything from vegetarian to roasts. It’s also so fairly priced you won’t mind deglazing a pan or pouring it by the gallon to thirsty friends. Leave some bottles around the house and thank us later!
